Cloud collection data processing notice

This notice applies when you separately opt in to TeLog cloud collection (24/7 recording). When off, vehicle data stays on your iPhone only. When on, the categories below may be uploaded to encrypted servers in mainland China. Data controller / operator: Wenling Xinhe Yijia Software Development Studio (sole proprietorship) （温岭市新河壹嘉软件开发工作室（个体工商户））.
What we collect
Trips, location, charging, battery state
Trip routes and position points, charging sessions and power curves, vehicle online/sleep/drive/charge state, battery level and range, odometer readings, and related geofences and address labels. To merge gap-fill onto the phone while it is locked (for example today’s mileage), we also register your iOS APNs device token for silent wake.

Purpose
24/7 recording to fill gaps when the phone misses data
Continuous encrypted backup for trip stats, charging analysis, battery health, and gap-fill. Location snapshots may be used on-device to complete an open drive trail. When odometer/state changes meet the wake policy, APNs may silently wake the App so today’s mileage and related records can merge on-device. Not used for ad targeting or sold to third parties.
Storage & retention
China · encrypted · deleted when you turn off
Stored on encrypted servers in China; default retention 365 days; remote copy deleted when cloud collection stops.
How to withdraw
Turn off anytime; remote copy deletion requested
Turn off cloud collection in Settings → Advanced, or use Privacy & data → Stop cloud & delete remote copy. That stops uploads and silent wake, and requests deletion of the remote copy and device token.
