This Privacy Policy applies to SoloMeal (com.jchen.SoloMeal).
The operator and personal-information handler is Wenling Xinhe Yijia Software Development Studio (sole proprietorship).
The app is distributed through the Apple Developer Program (individual membership). The individual account holder and the sole-proprietor operator are the same natural person.

What we process
Account IDs (Apple sub, not email as the primary key), preferences, meals, fridge and shopping data after you confirm them, short-lived compressed photos for recognition (not stored as a photo archive in PostgreSQL), AI usage counters, and trial or subscription status. Payment cards are handled by Apple. We do not sell data or run ad SDKs.
Where
Account data is stored in Mainland China. A Singapore API node reaches the same database over an encrypted tunnel. Photos are not kept as long-term database objects. You may export local data or delete your account in Settings. Contact solomeal@telog.cn (subject: SoloMeal privacy).
AI
Food/fridge images and limited context may be sent to Qwen (default in China) or OpenAI (default overseas, or if you choose). You can pick Auto / Qwen / OpenAI in Settings.
Subscriptions
solomeal_premium_monthly ¥28/month; solomeal_premium_yearly ¥198/year; 1-week trial in selected countries and/or one server trial per signed-in account. Refunds are handled by Apple.
